General Provisions

The Administrator may apply for and receive gifts, grants, contributions or other money from governmental and private agencies, affiliated associations and other persons to carry out the provisions of NRS 407A.500 to 407A.620, inclusive, and to defray expenses incurred by the Division in the discharge of its duties.
