NRS 408.569: System of communication to report emergencies and to obtain information concerning conditions for driving authorized along certain frequently traveled highways.

The Department may establish along one or more frequently traveled highways of this state a system of communication for members of the general public to report fires, accidents, motor vehicle crashes or other emergencies and to receive information concerning the conditions for driving on certain highways.
