NRS 410.097: Federal reimbursement prerequisite to continued effectiveness of NRS 410.095

to 410.210, inclusive.NRS 410.095 to 410.210, inclusive, shall remain effective only so long as federal-aid highway funds are apportioned to the State of Nevada and the Federal Government reimburses the State in accordance with 23 U.S.C. § 136 for its share of landscaping and screening costs and compensation required for the relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards.
