CHAPTER 412 - STATE MILITIA
RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS OF NEVADA NATIONAL GUARD AND NATIONAL GUARDS OF OTHER STATES

Every reservist and volunteer who, being accepted as a volunteer or drafted, fails without reasonable excuse to report for muster as lawfully required shall be considered and treated as a deserter.
