- RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS OF NEVADA NATIONAL GUARD AND NATIONAL GUARDS OF OTHER STATES
Any member of the militia of this state who receives compensation from the United States as a federally recognized member of the Nevada National Guard does not hold a lucrative office under the Government of the United States within the meaning of Section 9 of Article 4 of the Constitution of the State of Nevada.
