BROADCASTERS AND EMERGENCY BROADCASTERS

Broadcasters in this State shall, in cooperation with the Office and the Nevada Broadcasters Association or its successor organization, develop comprehensive, coordinated plans for preparing for and responding appropriately to an emergency or disaster.
