CHAPTER 414A - NEVADA INTRASTATE MUTUAL AID SYSTEM

“Participant” means a public agency that has not withdrawn from participation in, or a federally recognized Indian tribe or nation that has elected to join, the System pursuant to NRS 414A.120.
