NRS 422.151: Medicaid Advisory Committee: Creation; function.

1. The Medicaid Advisory Committee is hereby created within the Division.

2. The function of the Medicaid Advisory Committee is to:

(a) Advise the Division regarding the provision of and the ability to access services for the health and medical care of recipients of Medicaid and insurance through the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

(b) Participate, and increase the participation of recipients of Medicaid and insurance through the Children’s Health Insurance Program, in the development of policy and the administration of programs by the Division.
