NRS 422.2702: Prohibition against denial, reduction, discontinuance or termination of benefits under Medicaid or Children’s Health Insurance Program in violation of federal requirements.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Authority shall not, pursuant to this chapter, deny, reduce, discontinue or terminate benefits under Medicaid or insurance under the Children’s Health Insurance Program in violation of any requirement of federal law or condition to the receipt of federal money.
