ASSESSMENT OF FEES ON NURSING FACILITIES TO INCREASE QUALITY OF NURSING CARE

“Facility for skilled nursing” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 449.0039, but does not include a facility for skilled nursing that is owned or operated by the State of Nevada or any political subdivision of the State of Nevada.
