ASSESSMENT OF FEES ON CERTAIN OPERATORS TO INCREASE COMPENSATION UNDER STATE PLAN

“Operator group” means all operators who are required to obtain a given type of license pursuant to NRS 449.029 to 449.2428, inclusive.
