GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Low-Income Home Energy Assistance” means the program established to assist persons of low income to meet the costs of heating and cooling their homes pursuant to the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981, 42 U.S.C. §§ 8621 et seq., as amended.
