NRS 422A.465: Written statement of responsible relative; perjury.

Written statements of information required from responsible relatives of applicants or recipients need not be under oath, but any person signing such statements who willfully states therein as true any material matter which the person knows to be false is subject to all the penalties for perjury as provided by law.
