  3. PROGRAM TO PROVIDE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES

Within 45 days after an applicant for benefits submits an application to the Division, the Division shall:

1. Approve the application and begin providing benefits to the applicant; or

2. Deny benefits to the applicant.
