NRS 422A.6774: Form and effect of identification card; regulations.

1. The form of identification cards issued by the Department must be similar to that of identification cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to NRS 483.810 to 483.890, inclusive, but distinguishable in color or otherwise.

2. Identification cards issued by the Department do not authorize the operation of any motor vehicle.

3. If the Department establishes the program described in NRS 422A.6772, the Department shall adopt regulations prescribing the information that must be contained on the identification card.
