NRS 425.3855: Social security numbers of parents or legal guardians to be provided to enforcing authority. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

A district court that enters an order pursuant to NRS 425.382 to 425.3852, inclusive, or an order approving a recommendation for the support of a dependent child made by a master shall ensure that the social security numbers of the parents or legal guardians of the child are provided to the enforcing authority.
