CHAPTER 426 - PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
BUREAU OF SERVICES TO PERSONS WHO ARE BLIND OR VISUALLY IMPAIRED

The Department, through the Director, shall administer the provisions of NRS 426.517 to 426.610, inclusive, as the sole agency in the State for such purpose.
