NRS 426.690: Limitation on commodities, articles and services sold at vending facility.

A vending facility operated under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.715, inclusive, must be used solely for the vending of such commodities, articles and services as may be approved by the Bureau and the public entity that has care, custody and control of the public building or property in or on which the vending facility is operated.
