CHAPTER 427A - SERVICES TO AGING PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
AGING AND DISABILITY SERVICES DIVISION

The Department, through the Division, shall act as the single state agency of the State of Nevada and its political subdivisions in the administration of any federal funds granted to the State pursuant to the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. §§ 3001-3053) as amended from time to time.
