NRS 427A.110: Aging and Disability Services Division’s Gift Account.

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 427A.270, all gifts of money which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Aging and Disability Services Division’s Gift Account in the Department of Human Services’ Gift Fund. The money may be invested and reinvested and must be used in accordance with the conditions of the gift.

2. All claims must be approved by the Administrator before they are paid.
