CHAPTER 427A - SERVICES TO AGING PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
STATEWIDE ALERT SYSTEM FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF MISSING ENDANGERED OLDER PERSONS

The Division shall adopt regulations concerning the care of persons with traumatic brain injuries. The Division shall, in adopting the regulations, consider the criteria established by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities or its successor for the care of such persons.
