NRS 430A.130: Solicitation and acceptance of gifts and grants by family resource centers and family resource center councils.

Each family resource center and family resource center council may solicit and accept gifts and grants of money and other property, including real property, from any public or private source and may use the property and expend the money, subject to any limitations contained in the gift or grant, to carry out its functions.
