NRS 432.040: State participation in payment of expenses of maintenance and special services.

The nonfederal share of all expenses for special services and maintenance provided to children and unmarried mothers pursuant to NRS 432.010 to 432.085, inclusive, must be paid from money which may be provided to the Division by direct legislative appropriation.
