CHAPTER 432 - PUBLIC SERVICES FOR CHILDREN
CHILDREN’S TRUST ACCOUNT

Any person who willfully releases data or information contained in the Central Registry to unauthorized persons in violation of NRS 392.317 to 392.337, inclusive, 432.120 or 432B.290 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
