NRS 432A.110: Gift Account for Child Care Services.

1. All gifts of money which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Gift Account for Child Care Services in the Department of Human Services’ Gift Fund. The money may be invested and reinvested and must be used in accordance with the conditions of the gift.

2. All claims must be approved by the Administrator of the Division before they are paid.
