CHAPTER 432B - PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM ABUSE AND NEGLECT
GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Child protective services” means services for the protection of children, including, without limitation, investigations of abuse or neglect and assessments. The term does not include foster care services or services related to adoption.
