DIVISION OF PUBLIC AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Personnel of Division

The medical director or other person in charge of any division facility or any other facility or center established pursuant to chapters 433 to 433C, inclusive, of NRS:

1. Is subject to the oversight of the Chief Medical Officer; and

2. Shall report to the Chief Medical Officer any information concerning the facility or center upon the request of the Chief Medical Officer.
