NRS 433.267: Limitation on time for certification of psychiatrist employed by Division.

Any psychiatrist who is employed by the Division must be certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology within 5 years after the psychiatrist’s first date of employment with the Division. The Administrator shall terminate the employment of any psychiatrist who fails to receive such certification.
