RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR GROUPS OF PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

The Division may operate a residential facility for groups to care for and maintain persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities until such a person is able to reside in an appropriate community-based setting that is not a facility.
