NRS 435.130: Declaration of legislative intent.

The intent of the Legislature in the enactment of NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive, is to aid persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with developmental disabilities who are not served by existing programs in receiving high quality care and training in an effort to increase independence.
