CHAPTER 435 - PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
JOBS AND DAY TRAINING SERVICES

“Certificate” means a certificate which authorizes a natural person or entity to provide jobs and day training services and which is issued pursuant to NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
