As used in NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “certificate” means a certificate to provide supported living arrangement services that is issued pursuant to NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive, and the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 435.3305 to 435.339, inclusive.
