CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE PROGRAM

A person or governmental entity that provides information to the Division in accordance with NRS 439.4929, 439.4931 and 439.4933 must not be held liable in a civil or criminal action for sharing confidential information unless the person or organization has done so in bad faith or with malicious purpose.
