NRS 439A.083: Director to establish procedure for review of statutes, regulations and standards governing approval, licensing or certification of health facilities.

The Director shall establish procedures for the review of all statutes, regulations and standards governing the approval, licensing or certification of health facilities. The procedures must provide for participation in the review by providers of health care and the general public.
