PATIENT-CENTERED MEDICAL HOMES

A person who reports or provides any information concerning a violation of NRS 439A.130 to 439A.185, inclusive, or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto, to a governmental entity is immune from any civil or criminal liability for that action.
