CHAPTER 439B - RESTRAINING COSTS OF HEALTH CARE
REPORTING OF CERTAIN INFORMATION RELATING TO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

In addition to any civil or administrative penalty specifically provided in NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, any person who violates a provision of NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 for each violation.
