1. On or before July 1 of each odd-numbered year, the Authority shall make a determination of whether sufficient money is available and authorized for expenditure to fund one or more components of the programs and other duties of the Authority relating to NRS 439B.600 to 439B.695, inclusive.

2. The Authority shall temporarily suspend any components of the program or duties of the Authority for which it determines pursuant to subsection 1 that sufficient money is not available.

3. The Authority may apply for and accept any available grants and may accept any bequests, devises, donations or gifts from any public or private source to carry out the provisions of NRS 439B.600 to 439B.695, inclusive.
