NRS 440.530: Burial permit to accompany body.

CHAPTER 440 - VITAL STATISTICS
RECORDS REGARDING DEATH AND DISPOSITION OF REMAINS

The permit shall accompany the body to its destination, where, if within the State of Nevada, it shall be delivered to the sexton or to any other person in charge of the place of burial.
