Emergency Isolation or Quarantine

A person who is isolated or quarantined pursuant to NRS 441A.505 to 441A.720, inclusive, has the right to refuse treatment and may not be required to submit to involuntary treatment unless a court issues an order requiring the person to submit to treatment.
