CHAPTER 442 - MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH; ABORTION
OPHTHALMIA NEONATORUM

The State Board of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as shall, under NRS 442.030 to 442.110, inclusive, be necessary for the purposes of such sections, and such as the State Board of Health may deem necessary for the further guidance of local health officers.
