NRS 444.530: Municipal solid waste management systems: Regulations for operation.

CHAPTER 444 - SANITATION
COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE

The governing body of a municipality having a solid waste management system within its boundaries shall, by ordinance, establish regulations for the operation of such system. No such ordinance shall be in conflict with any regulation adopted by the State Environmental Commission.
