CHAPTER 444 - SANITATION
COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE

Any money received by the solid waste management authority pursuant to NRS 444.596 or 444.598 must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Solid Waste Management Account, which is hereby created in the State General Fund.
