CHAPTER 444A - PROGRAMS FOR RECYCLING
RECYCLING OR DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND OTHER WASTE

“Municipality” means a county, city, town, general improvement district or health district created pursuant to NRS 439.362 or 439.370 or other political subdivision of this State which has jurisdiction over the management of solid waste.
