NRS 445A.185: Construction of NRS 445A.170

to 445A.190, inclusive.The provisions of NRS 445A.170 to 445A.190, inclusive, shall not be construed to authorize the adoption of any regulation or the issuance of any permit pursuant to such regulation, which allows any person to discharge any sewerage, effluents or other wastes or offensive materials into the waters of Lake Tahoe, but these provisions do not preclude a beneficial use of treated effluent within the Lake Tahoe Watershed under a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive.
