ACCOUNT FOR THE REVOLVING FUND AND ACCOUNT FOR SET-ASIDE PROGRAMS

The Administrator may employ any legal, fiscal, engineering and other expert services necessary to carry out his or her duties pursuant to NRS 445A.200 to 445A.295, inclusive.
