NRS 445A.530: Effluent limitations: Additional limitations.

If more stringent limitations are needed, including those necessary to meet water quality standards, treatment standards or schedules of compliance established pursuant to the laws of this State or any other federal law or regulation, or are required to implement any applicable water quality standard established by the Commission pursuant to NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive, such limitations shall be established and enforced.
