NRS 445A.730: Effective date of regulations and standards.

All rules, regulations and standards promulgated by the State Commission of Environmental Protection and the State Board of Health pertaining to water pollution control in force on July 1, 1973, shall remain in effect until such time as revised by the State Environmental Commission pursuant to NRS 445A.300 to 445A.730, inclusive.
