NRS 445A.945: Injunctions.

1. The Division or the district board of health, if designated pursuant to NRS 445A.853, may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin the continuance or occurrence of any act or practice which violates the provisions of NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive, or of any regulation adopted or order issued pursuant thereto.

2. On a showing by the Division or the district board of health that such a violation has occurred or will occur, the court may issue, without bond, such prohibitory or mandatory injunction as the facts may warrant.
