CONTROL OF EMISSIONS FROM ENGINES

“Licensee” means any automobile wrecker, body shop, distributor, manufacturer, rebuilder, salvage pool or vehicle dealer licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles, or any garage registered with the Department.
