GENERAL PROVISIONS

“Community triage center” means a facility that provides on a 24-hour basis medical assessments of and short-term monitoring services for persons with mental illness and persons with alcohol or other substance use disorders in a manner which does not require that the assessments and services be provided in a licensed hospital.
